What Qualifies as a Group Reservation
10 or more people traveling together
Anything less than the numbers above does not qualify as a group and can cause an increase in the deposit amount needed to secure your reservation.

Service Retainer Fee:
A Service Retainer Fee is required by the group leader to begin planning.
This fee is due at the time you submit your request form.
We do not process travel requests without payment of this deposit.
Once your form is submitted, you can schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision and ensure we meet the needs of your travel party.
