TRAVEL NOTES
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before April 23, 2027.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, King’s Leisure & Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
Roommate Match is offered for this tour. You will select “double occupancy-Match me with a roommate” on the order form. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.
Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.
If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai for hotel check-in on OCTOBER 17, 2026. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on OCTOBER 16, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight for OCTOBER 23, 2026.
When making your flight arrangements, you will fly into/out of DXB.
Airline flight schedule for the full package will be released summer 2025.
At check-in, a major credit card will be required to cover anticipated room charges.
A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided at least 45 days before travel.
A private Facebook group will be created about 30 days before event.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
All payments to King’s Leisure & Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class.
If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
