Garrett Singletary
Garrett Singletary was born and raised in Evans, Georgia, where he developed a strong competitive foundation before playing Division I soccer at Furman University. After graduating early in December 2021, he discovered pickleball and quickly translated his athletic background, discipline, and court awareness into success in the sport.
Garrett has earned multiple medals at the 5.0 level and several pro qualifier victories. A PPR Certified Pro, he currently serves as the Assistant Head Pickleball Pro at Daniel Island Club and as Head Coach of Crew Pickleball Academy, where he supports player evaluations, program development, and on-court instruction.
Garrett works with players across all skill levels and adapts his instruction to each player’s experience and goals. His teaching focuses on strengthening fundamentals, improving shot selection, recognizing patterns, and making smarter decisions during match play. Whether helping a newer player build confidence or guiding an experienced competitor toward higher-level play, Garrett provides clear, practical instruction that players can immediately apply on the court.
Matt Krasowski
A New Jersey native, Matt Krasowski brings more than 30 years of racquet-sports experience to the pickleball court. His extensive competitive background includes playing collegiate tennis at the national championship level, representing Bermuda as a member of its national squash team, and becoming a South Carolina racquetball champion.
Matt is an IPTPA-certified pickleball teaching professional, a Nike Pickleball Camp Pro, and the Director of Pickleball at Crush Yard Charleston. In his leadership role, he helps shape pickleball programming and player development while coaching players across a wide range of skill levels.
Matt adapts his drills, instruction, and feedback to each player’s experience, goals, and learning pace. His coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, efficient movement, strategic decision-making, court awareness, and building confidence during match play. Encouraging but honest, Matt provides clear, direct feedback that helps players understand what to adjust and how to improve. He creates an inclusive and supportive environment where players are challenged, good sportsmanship comes first, and measurable improvement remains the goal.
Maryann Vierra
A lifelong athlete and fierce competitor, Maryann Vierra moved south from Boston on a basketball scholarship to Rollins College. Her competitive career later expanded to tennis and golf, where she competed at the USTA 4.5 national level and became an eight-time golf club champion.
Maryann is a certified pickleball instructor and accomplished 4.5 player who has earned multiple tournament medals. Her competitive achievements include winning a silver medal at the 2026 US Open.
Maryann works with players across all skill levels and adapts her instruction to their individual experience and goals. Her coaching focuses on court awareness, intentional shot selection, team strategy, positioning, and efficient movement. Combining strategic instruction with competitive energy, Maryann helps players make smarter decisions, become more confident on the court, and improve their overall game—all while keeping each session engaging and fun.

What are the details of the camp during the trip?+
Each full day includes 2–3 hours of expert-led instruction from Pros, followed by an hour of Open Play where the Pros mix in and offer additional tips. Sessions are thoughtfully grouped by skill level, and the trip wraps with a fun, friendly round robin tournament on the final full day. Each Pro will confirm the full agenda about a month before departure.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?+
No, vaccinations are no longer required for any of our current destinations.
Can we arrive early or stay late?+
Yes. Many of our guests choose to arrive early or extend their stay to take full advantage of the resort’s amenities. Just let us know and we’ll provide a personalized quote.
Can I get a room with two beds?+
All rooms at this resort feature a single king bed. However, we can request a rollaway bed to be added to your room if needed.
Can my non-pickleball spouse or friend join?+
Absolutely. Our luxury resort partners are ideal for travelers who love sunshine and good vibes. With so many activities and entertainment options, you can fill your days and nights without ever stepping onto the pickleball court.
Will my non-playing spouse or friend get a discount?+
We don’t offer a discount for non-pickleball players because the value of the trip goes far beyond court time. Every guest enjoys the full curated experience.
Do you offer travel insurance?+
We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. After you’ve made your deposit, we’ll send you the information to secure your travel insurance through our trusted partner, Allianz.
